Heidi McCarthy's company, The Toughest Customer, presented a custom designed customer service seminar for my employees and myself. It was focused towards our business, the All Star Laundromat in Prescott Valley, AZ. My employees had their good behaviors reinforced, we learned new techniques in dealing with unhappy customers, got to role play and discuss amongst ourselves how to add value to our customers experience. It was very constructive and helpful.
